Website usage data

We are a provider of charging infrastructure and our website is solely intended to inform you about our company and our activities. No cookies are used on our website and we do not perform any tracking.

Contact via e-mail

You have the option of contacting us by e-mail. When you contact us, we process the data that you transmit to us. The data will only be processed by us to the extent necessary to respond to your enquiry. After your enquiry has been processed, we will continue to store the data for as long as may be necessary for any follow-up questions. The data will then be deleted, unless we are legally obliged to retain it or we need the information as evidence.

Usage data for charging stations

PowerUp provides charging points in public spaces. PowerUp does not offer a customer or charging card. When you charge your vehicle at a PowerUp charging station, you pay for the charging process by credit card or using a charging card from your card issuer. PowerUp only knows the issuer and an identification of your card. We need this identification for correct billing. We do not receive any personal data. It is not possible for us to draw conclusions about you based on a charging process. For further information on data protection in connection with your credit or charge card, please refer to the privacy policy of your card issuer.

CCTV

Our charging stations are located in public spaces. It is not unusual for the area where the charging station is located to be under CCTV surveillance. The landowners only provide us with the land to build our infrastructure. We have no influence on the use of CCTV. CCTV is usually used to investigate damage to property. If our infrastructure is damaged, we will file a complaint with the police, who will review any video recordings. We do not have access to the recordings. For further information on individual CCTV systems, please contact the respective operator.

Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to the websites of partners or third-party providers. We have no influence on the content of the pages in question or on compliance with data protection regulations by their respective providers.
